Duplicate means it's already been uploaded once.
Unsuitable content means it violated upload rules. In your case:

Adult related images that display genitalia, depict an individual wearing no/see-through underwear (excluding bras) and displaying the pubic area surrounding the genitalia.

And poor quality: pixelated means exactly what it says.

nothing just having a thought of some sub-forum being filled with many unnecessary finished thread on the first page so create a sub-sub-forum named trash for every sub-forum and move the unwanted thread to there...anyway just sharing whats on my mind. Sorry if that writing is hard to understand
