1st time forum user, 1 quick question about the games..........

Ive been using mobiles24 for ages now and its been the source for many many games and utils. However, i was wondering is this site giving the games away legally? if i read reviews of mobile games many are priced from sites (official ones) for £14.99 etc and i was wondering how come they are free on here?.......
