Getting my private email addresses handed out to spamming outfits!

To make it clear, I don't use the email addresses I get from my ISP actively in the web, that is what Yahoo and Google are for.
But I give my relatives either one of my 3 true addresses for keeping in contact - meaning whenever I receive another spam flood someone handed out my address (or got breached by virus, malware or hack).

So far no harm done by it as I strictly DON'T click the "Click Me" links and immediately permanently delete such mails - but it is quite irritating non the less!
