Yes, that is correct, we need alot of free time to sort and run a Site correctly.
But, we can just do whatever we can, and dedicate some minutes per day, so to adjust some of those things.

I did but i deleted it, was only 5 members and it wasnt really going anywhere, you need alot of time on your hands to run a forum and make it worth it for members to join.
I might create a gaming forum after xmas with downloads etc.
